Mindy McCready, the country singer who exposed her personal struggles with addiction on Dr. Drew Pinsky’s “Celebrity Rehab,” reportedly committed suicide Sunday by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. She reportedly also shot her dog.

Dr. Drew used to be a frequent guest on the Howard Stern Show, and was repeatedly criticized on air by then co-host Artie Lange, who has also struggled with addiction. Lange said he was offered $250,000 to appear on the show back in 2009. Read the story here
